About The Position

The McGill Desautels Faculty of Management engagement team continues to build and maintain meaningful relationships between the faculty and its former students (alumni/graduates), aiming to foster a sense of community, provide networking opportunities, and enhance the institution's reputation through graduate involvement in various activities like mentoring and volunteering. McGill Desautels Faculty of Management, like business schools across North America and around the world, needs to have a robust engagement architecture to ensure that revenue-generating programs (through student tuition), ranked programs (MBA Program is #1 for ROI in Canada in 2025 and #2 for Compensation and Networking) and highly competitive undergraduate programs, like the BCom, are sustainable. Amidst shrinking revenue sources at McGill University, it is imperative that the business school continues to strengthen and deepen relationships with graduates.
