About The Position

Coordinate and grow affinity benefits programs including but not limited to the auto insurance program and the life insurance program, license plate program. Act as the department liaison for Salesforce data requests and send electronic communication to alumni as needed for UA. Manage and coordinate alumni ID card distribution and requests. Provide support for alumni website, emails, event registration pages, & TU Today. Manage and grow online discount service and ticket programs. Assist with Volunteer Service Programs, recognition events and Career Fairs/Open Houses. Coordinate alumni virtual benefits including the Alumni Learning Consortium. Layout alumni newsletters and various other pieces of communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of related experience with marketing and/or communications.
• Knowledge in constituent relations in an academic setting, knowledge of marketing and/or communications.
• High level representation of the University and the Office of Alumni Relations under some circumstances.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to communication, collaboration, and customer service.
