About The Position

Accenture Construct is hiring an Alternative Delivery Manager to lead development and implementation of alternative delivery strategies for major infrastructure and transportation programs. The role evaluates and recommends approaches—including Public-Private Partnerships (P3), Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, and DBFOM—based on project complexity, funding, schedule, risk, and agency objectives. The manager advises public agencies on P3 program development, procurement strategy, project structuring, risk allocation, commercial agreements, and contract administration. The role establishes program governance, procurement frameworks, implementation procedures, and performance requirements, and leads development of procurement documents such as RFQs, RFPs, technical requirements, performance specifications, and evaluation criteria. The position coordinates public agencies, private developers, design consultants, contractors, legal advisors, financial stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. It manages commercial, technical, contractual, and delivery risks; facilitates executive meetings and stakeholder negotiations; and presents complex delivery requirements as practical program strategies. The role combines remote work, client-site work, and time in an Accenture office or center, with some in-person collaboration required.
