About The Position

Requirements
- Student in Bachelor or Master in HR.
- Seeking an apprenticeship in HR tools management, compensation, and/or project management.
- Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel and HRIS queries, for complex data manipulation and analysis.
- Good level of English, both oral and written, for effective communication with international group interfaces.
- Interpersonal skills and leadership to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with various hierarchical levels.
- Proactivity and organization to manage multiple subjects simultaneously.
- Natural curiosity to stay updated on disruptive HR policies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual HR reports for the group (headcount, absenteeism, turnover, compensation, gender diversity...)
- Manage all internal and external social data needs.
- Work on optimizing processes and tools available to the entire team.
- Participate in the deployment of Power BI for HR reporting.
- Automate global processes through the implementation of artificial intelligence.
- Participate in the implementation of free share attribution schemes for all employees.
- Contribute to annual increase campaigns.
- Deploy the directive on salary transparency.
