ALS Paramedic (36 hrs/rotating)(Temple Transport Team)
About The Position
Under limited supervision, plans, directs, and evaluates total patient care and functions in the transport environment on a particular shift, in accordance with established corporate philosophy. Orients, trains, and manages transport personnel. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care; maintains positive relations with referring and receiving departments and nursing units; participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills of personnel. Must be eligible for medical command in the Commonwealth of PA.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
- Basic Life Support (Required)
- Paramedic Certification (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- EMS Vehicle Operator (Required)
Nice To Haves

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year experience performing critical care interfacility transport
- 3 years experience (minimum 4000 hours) in 911 or equivalent environment as an EMT-Paramedic
- Critical Care Paramedic Certification

- Pediatric Adv. Life Support
