Alpha Chief Product Officer, EVP

State Street•Boston, MA

About The Position

State Street is seeking an accomplished product executive to own the integrated product strategy and roadmap across State Street Alpha and its businesses. The role sets priorities and makes investment trade-offs that balance client needs, platform scalability, and long-term growth as Alpha moves toward a standardized, product-led platform model. The successful candidate will bring experience scaling enterprise software and data products in the investment management industry and unify front-, middle-, and back-office product lines into a coherent front-to-back offering. Alpha Platform & Software is central to State Street’s growth strategy. Its front-to-back offering combines investment servicing, data, and markets with Charles River’s front-office capabilities. The Chief Product Officer sets the product agenda to turn this differentiation into client outcomes, revenue growth, and platform scale. The Chief Product Officer leads product strategy, portfolio investment decisions, lifecycle execution, governance, commercialization, and a global product management organization. The role partners with technology, Charles River Development, client and growth, and service delivery leaders; advances AI and data capabilities; and represents the product agenda with clients, prospects, regulators, and the State Street Operating Group. The position is a member of the Alpha Platform & Software leadership team.
