Responsibilities

  • Perform inventories to verify actual stock against system data.
  • Record entries and exits in the inventory system and verify physical stock in the general warehouse, as well as their corresponding values.
  • Prepare requisitions to request necessary material in the warehouse.
  • Receive requests, verify that they meet the requirements to deliver materials to different areas.
  • Organize and label received material.
  • Store received material in its designated locations.
  • Deliver material to the user according to the reservation.
  • Inspect, verify, and count received material and enter the invoice according to what was requested and received.
  • Contribute to the Coca-Cola quality system by complying with policies, norms, and procedures in the work area regarding safety, hygiene, environmental care, and quality established by the company.
  • Comply with applicable requirements regarding BHM in the work area.
  • Maintain communication with the food safety team regarding problems and/or conditions that affect the product.
  • Secure chemical substances in their place; in case of a leak, request support from the brigade.
  • Propose and suggest improvements to the Management Systems (Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, and Safety).
  • Comply with the guidelines established in the SGI documentation applicable to your process and activity.
  • Comply with the legal regulatory guidelines established in the Management Systems, regarding environmental, safety, quality, and food safety applicable to your process and activity.
  • Communicate any anomaly regarding environmental performance and identified risk to your immediate supervisor.
  • Participate in the Identification of Environmental Aspects or Hazards, as well as in the Evaluation of Environmental Impacts and Risks (when required).
  • Propose operational controls (when required) to control, mitigate, or eliminate environmental impacts and significant risks.
  • Contribute to the necessary activities of the Continuous Improvement team to fulfill the transversal nature of the team, ensuring a correct flow of activities required within the Management System in the Field (SGGP).
