About The Position

Allstate is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Sales Agents in Quebec. This role offers unlimited earning potential and is ideal for those who enjoy building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Allstate provides comprehensive training, including paid training and support for licensing, along with ongoing coaching to ensure success. The company also offers marketing support and flexible benefits that start on day one, with employer contributions to RRSP beginning after 90 days. This is a full-time, in-office position primarily based in Anjou, with other potential locations in the Montreal area and Laval East.

Requirements

  • Strong English skills are required for effective communication with clients, advisors, or employees nationwide.
  • Ability to work in-office, five days a week.
  • Must be willing to work in Anjou, or potentially other nearby offices such as Montreal East, downtown Montreal, West Island, Ahuntsic-Cartierville, and Laval East.
