Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Meet with potential clients, identify their needs, and utilize consultative selling to guide them toward appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Actively engage in the community by participating in events and partnering with community organizations.
  • Conduct regular sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly objectives.
  • Maintain relationships to ensure the longevity of established contracts and a steady stream of referrals.
