Allstar Cheer Coach
About The Position
World Elite Kids is seeking an energetic competitive team coach with competitive cheer experience. The coach’s primary focus is providing an exceptional customer experience for parents and athletes while helping athletes of varying skill levels reach their full potential. The role involves travel between both locations and working in a collaborative, creative, family-oriented environment. The coach will keep up with trends and techniques in the sport, share relevant knowledge with athletes, and work with other coaches to create individualized training plans. The position also involves fostering a positive, supportive community and encouraging athletes’ growth on and off the mat.
Requirements
- Competitive cheer experience.
- Love working with children and a natural ability to connect with them personally.
