Our people-first approach ensures every corporate team member receives personalized support, competitive and transparent compensation, and access to leaders who understand both your role and your professional goals. We intentionally foster strong leader-to-team member relationships so you are never just another name on an org chart, but a valued contributor whose ideas, growth, and success matter. Our success is built on strong partnerships with our clients and within our internal teams, and we believe that when we truly listen, collaborate, and invest in our people, everyone benefits. The Senior Recruiter is a senior individual contributor responsible for managing complex recruiting initiatives, developing advanced sourcing strategies, and serving as a trusted recruiting partner within an assigned healthcare specialty. Senior Recruiter possesses deep knowledge of healthcare staffing, labor market trends, specialty-specific recruiting strategies, and clinician relationship management. In addition to managing their own recruiting responsibilities, this role serves as an informal mentor and resource for less experienced recruiters by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and helping elevate recruiting capabilities across the team. Success in this role is measured by consistent recruiting execution, development of sustainable talent pipelines, quality placement outcomes, market expertise, clinician retention, collaboration, and contribution to the continued advancement of the recruiting function.
