Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • 0–2 years of inside sales, recruiting, customer service, or performance-based experience.
  • A go-getter mindset with intrinsic motivation, discipline, and a commitment to results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with outbound communication—cold calling, messaging, and outreach.
  • CRM proficiency (Bullhorn is a plus) and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing or allied health professions.
  • Familiarity with vendor management system (VMS) or managed service provider (MSP) platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in a consultative sales or talent acquisition environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and build relationships with allied healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and related specialties.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to providers—understanding their preferences, career goals, and lifestyle needs—and guiding them through the staffing journey from initial outreach to placement and continued placements in 13-week assignments.
  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle: cold calling, interviewing, qualifying, and submitting providers to assignments nationwide.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales Consultants to strategically align provider talent with open client needs.
  • Ensure high service standards, with clear communication, consistent follow-up, and accountability throughout the provider experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Bullhorn to manage pipeline, track performance metrics, and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency in achieving placement goals while contributing to team KPIs and gross margin objectives.
  • Champion our Purpose and Core Values through every provider interaction and internal collaboration.
  • Take ownership of your development by participating in the Staging program, coaching sessions, and performance recognition opportunities.
