About The Position

The Allied Health Secretary reports directly to the Allied Health Division Chair, multiple Program Director(s) and faculty of the Division of Allied Health. The Allied Health Secretary provides a variety of advanced administrative, confidential, and technical support to the externally accredited programs in the Division of Allied Health. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Two (2) years of current full-time office experience
  • Ability to work with a variety of people in both a clinical and office environment
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service
  • Superior organizational and clerical skills
  • Extensive computer training in word processing, spreadsheet, as well as other computer software packages
  • Ability to work independently and meet mutually agreed-upon objectives within a specified period
  • Criminal background check
