About The Position
This role provides clinical leadership and operational support to strengthen the delivery of nursing services across the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network. The position involves working collaboratively with nursing leaders and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate programs, lead service improvement initiatives, and support workforce, resource, and project management to enhance patient outcomes. It offers an opportunity to drive innovative out-of-hospital models of care and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in a relevant allied health profession and eligible for full membership with the relevant Professional Association (and AHPRA registration where required).
- Extensive clinical experience with demonstrated expertise in clinical education, workforce development or student supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships.
- Experience coordinating education programs, supporting quality improvement and driving innovative workforce initiatives.
