As a Partner Alliance Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Guidewire’s growth by ensuring seamless contract management, accurate reporting, and operational efficiency for our partner ecosystem. We are seeking a highly analytical, business-savvy professional who excels at communication, project management, and building relationships across teams.   • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior executives.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Extensive experience with Google and Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce is preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business or Communications) or three or more years of experience providing professional executive-level sales support.
  • Experience in contract administration, financial tracking, or sales operations within a technology or insurance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology Partner Managers, supporting contract review and business terms to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Maintain and audit partner and alliance activity in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business approval policies.
  • Track financial metrics, manage price quotes, invoicing, and business approvals, and oversee operational requirements for deals of varying complexity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Services, Legal, Finance, and Operations to align resources and facilitate renewals and ongoing contract management.
  • Build strong, productive relationships and feedback loops with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and satisfaction with contracting best practices.
  • Assess priorities, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance customer demands to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
  • Manage invoicing for all recurring License, Subscription, and Maintenance revenue streams.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, contributing to Guidewire’s operational excellence and innovation.
