Responsibilities

• Support the team and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Greet guests and guide them through the restaurant’s service style.
• Assist guests with QR code and kiosk ordering.
• Engage with guests at their tables.
• Run food and drinks.
• Expedite food and prepare take-out orders.
• Cook food to order according to company build sheets and recipes.
• Prepare ingredients.
• Deliver food within goal ticket times.
• Clear and clean tables.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete opening and closing tasks promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to improve guest and employee experiences.
