About The Position

Hippo Pockets is hiring team members for its Arden Hills, Plymouth, and South Minneapolis locations. Available roles include Crew Member (Expo), Line Cook, and Shift Lead. Team members contribute to a welcoming guest experience by providing quality food and hospitality, speedy and thorough service, and support for their coworkers. Responsibilities

• Come to work ready to support the team.
• Greet guests and guide them through the service style.
• Assist guests with QR code and kiosk ordering.
• Engage with guests at their tables.
• Run food and drinks.
• Expedite food and prepare take-out orders.
• Cook food to order according to company build sheets and recipes.
• Deliver food within goal ticket times.
• Prep ingredients.
• Clear and clean tables.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness before, during, and after each shift.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete opening and closing tasks in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to improve guest and employee experiences.
