About The Position

As an Alignment Technician at Belle Tire, you perform automotive repairs and routine services in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. The role is based in a tire and automotive service retail store and includes delivering outstanding customer service while meeting company quality and safety standards. Work hours vary, Monday through Saturday, in a fast-paced workshop with physical demands including extended standing and heavy lifting.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
State of Michigan Mechanic Certification, applicable in Michigan only.
One year of vehicle alignment experience.
Customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform wheel alignments, steering and suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.
Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's quality and safety standards.
Exceed customer expectations for quality and service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
