About The Position

Pomp’s Tire Service is seeking an Alignment Technician to analyze vehicles’ wheels and tires, perform tire services, and align wheels to manufacturer specifications using appropriate tools and equipment. The role includes diagnosing customer tire needs, inspecting vehicles for potential issues, and working with suspension, brake, and steering systems to support vehicle safety and reliability.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to read and verify work order information.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wheel alignments on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and address customer tire needs.
• Inspect tires and vehicles for potential issues or additional repairs.
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as needed.
• Work with suspension, brake, and steering systems to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper care of equipment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
