About The Position

As an Alignment Technician at Belle Tire, you provide expert automotive repairs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. The role is suited to someone passionate about working on cars and committed to outstanding customer service. The position is based in a tire and automotive service retail store, in a fast-paced workshop setting with varying work hours Monday through Saturday.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
State of Michigan Mechanic Certification, applicable in Michigan only.
One year of vehicle alignment experience.
Customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform wheel alignments, steering and suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.
Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's quality and safety standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations for quality and service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
