The superintendent is expected to uphold the company's mission, values, and business plan, prioritizing safety in all aspects of their work, including leading safety meetings, ensuring accurate incident reporting, completing safety documentation, conducting job site visits, and holding the team accountable for safe driving. Effective communication, adherence to HR and safety initiatives, and commitment to training are also key expectations. The role includes managing timesheets, ensuring proper job documentation, overseeing inventory and material purchasing, maximizing production efficiency, supporting adherence to company SOPs, and participating in cost analysis meetings. Additionally, the superintendent must ensure work tickets are submitted accurately, participate in weekly team meetings to review job status and reports, ensure customer satisfaction through quality control and feedback, and foster positive teamwork across departments and offices.
