The role also requires managing training input and development, ensuring accurate timesheet management, and providing necessary documentation for job completion. Oversight of the inventory system, material purchasing optimization, and maximizing production efficiency are key responsibilities. The Superintendent must support and ensure team adherence to all company SOPs, maintain awareness of budget vs. actual job costing, and ensure timely submission of work tickets with required documentation. Participation in weekly meetings to update job status and review reports is essential, along with ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining quality control. Teamwork and positive interactions within the department and with other company departments are crucial.
