The role also includes managing timesheets, ensuring proper job documentation, overseeing inventory and material purchasing, maximizing production efficiency, supporting company SOPs, and monitoring job costing. Regular team meetings are expected to review job status and reports. Customer satisfaction, quality control, and positive teamwork are key aspects of this position.
