Requirements

High School Diploma Required.
2-3 years security experience.
2-3 years of Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV) experience.
Must be proficient with all MS Office Suites.
Must be proficient with the Lenel System.
Must have an active Secret Clearance
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, Holidays, and weekends 7 days per week as needed.

Responsibilities

Monitor and execute site security checks on critical assets, restricted areas, and communications facilities.
Conduct security checks of areas identified as high-value/mission-critical/restricted areas at a minimum every four (4) hours to verify areas are properly secured.
Report any suspicious activity or issues to the base police or the appropriate staff.
Monitor Lenel Security system equipment for proper operation.
Notify Government personnel of any irregularities noted in the Lenel security system.
Inventory and Monitor badges.
Provide information and assistance to employees, visitors, and guests.
Control, issue, and maintain an electronic record of visits.
Verify all personnel entering the facilities by ensuring all personnel present a Badge or identification (i.e., Common Access Card (CAC)).
Cross-reference it with the Lenel Security.
Issue a temporary visitor’s badge as required.
Closed-circuit TV (CCTV) experience required.
