About The Position

Aisles Online Shoppers fulfill online grocery orders by carefully selecting high-quality products from across the store, including fresh produce, meat, and pantry items. The role requires attention to freshness, accuracy, temperature control, and timely order fulfillment to provide customers with a positive online shopping experience. Shoppers also assist customers in the store and at pickup, process payments, communicate with customers, and contribute to other tasks as needed. The position is active and fast-paced, with work primarily in a retail store setting.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs throughout the store.
Accurately select high-quality groceries ordered online, including produce, meat, and other fresh products.
Select, scan, and bag items from all temperature zones.
Maintain products at proper temperatures throughout fulfillment.
Store completed orders at the proper temperature and retrieve them promptly before customer arrival.
Cart orders to the holding area for customer pickup.
Lift, carry, and load groceries into customer vehicles.
Tender customer orders through POS and process credit card payments.
Substitute products at customer request or when items are unavailable.
Monitor incoming online orders to support prompt, on-time fulfillment.
Answer phones and emails promptly and provide helpful customer service.
Follow the dress code, hygiene standards, and department and company guidelines.
Assist with other tasks or special projects as needed.
