About The Position

Aisles Online Shoppers fulfill online grocery orders by carefully selecting high-quality products across store departments, including fresh produce, meat, and pantry items. They help ensure orders are accurate, products remain at the proper temperature, and customers receive friendly, timely service. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced retail environment while managing deadlines and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs throughout the store.
Accurately select online grocery items, prioritizing the quality of produce, meat, and other fresh products.
Select, scan, and bag items from all temperature zones.
Maintain products at the proper temperature throughout fulfillment.
Place gathered orders in appropriately temperature-controlled storage and retrieve them promptly before customer arrival.
Cart orders to the holding area for customer pickup.
Lift, carry, and load groceries into customer vehicles.
Tender customer orders through the POS system and process credit card payments.
Substitute products at customer request or when items are unavailable.
Monitor incoming online orders to support prompt, on-time fulfillment.
Answer phones and emails promptly and provide helpful customer service.
Follow dress code, hygiene standards, and department and company guidelines.
Assist with other tasks or special projects as needed.
