About The Position
Aisles Online Shoppers fulfill online grocery orders by carefully selecting high-quality products from all store departments, including fresh produce, meat, and pantry items. They help ensure orders are accurate, products remain at the proper temperature, and customers receive friendly service throughout the process. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced retail environment while managing deadlines and multiple tasks. The position also includes preparing orders for pickup, processing payments, responding to customer inquiries, and following company standards and guidelines. Shoppers may assist with other tasks or special projects as needed. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs throughout the store.
- Accurately select high-quality groceries for online orders, including fresh products.
- Select, scan, and bag items from all temperature zones.
- Maintain products at the proper temperature throughout the fulfillment process.
- Store completed orders at the appropriate temperature and retrieve them promptly before customer arrival.
- Cart orders to the holding area for customer pickup.
- Lift, carry, and load groceries into customer vehicles.
- Tender customer orders through the POS system and process credit card payments.
- Substitute products upon customer request or when items are unavailable.
- Monitor incoming online orders to support prompt, on-time fulfillment.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and provide helpful customer service.
- Follow the dress code, hygiene standards, and department and company guidelines.
- Assist with other tasks and special projects as needed.
