About The Position
Hallmark Aviation is seeking professional Airport Crowd Control Agents at LAX International Airport. PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! NO PREVIOUS AIRLINE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
Requirements
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven focus on Customer and Client satisfaction
- Demonstrated collaboration skills, caring, positive and happy attitude
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Able to follow a planned roster and follow a work schedule
- Flexible and able to promote positive attitudes within the team
- Able to work varied hours
Nice To Haves
- Multi - Lingual preferred
- Associate Degree or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Help improve customer service experience at LAX
- Project a clear and concise voice and fluent in English.
- Answer calls and make announcements as requested.
- Provide accurate information in regard to terminal/airport services in a welcoming, hospitable manner.
- Actively promote retail and food and beverage offerings in the terminal
