About The Position

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and/or tenants while carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of airport terminals, parking areas, perimeter locations, roadways, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within assigned areas, and report suspicious conditions, hazards, and policy violations according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with airport operations and public service personnel as appropriate.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrol activities, incidents, and security-related observations.
