Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic airport location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
  • 1+ years of Security Experience
  • 21+ years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
  • Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a public transportation location.
  • Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, public agency representatives, and/or first responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public access areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic to help to deter disruptions, support orderly operations, and document security-related concerns according to site procedures.
  • Prepare accurate reports of incidents, daily activities, and/or policy violations, and provide requested information to site leadership in a timely manner.
