About The Position

Unifi is seeking Airport Ramp Agents to provide airline ground services at Dulles International Airport. No experience is required, and paid training is provided. The role involves marshalling aircraft, loading and handling baggage and freight, operating ramp equipment, and potentially performing cabin-service tasks. Agents are expected to follow safety and operational standards and report incidents and hazards promptly. This is a part-time position with A.M. and P.M. shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs requirements.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to frequently lift more than 70 pounds and constantly lift up to 70 pounds.
• Able to constantly push and pull up to 70 pounds.
• Able to constantly walk, stand, reach above the shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.
• Able and open to work outdoors in weather conditions that may include severe seasonal elements.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Marshall arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings from equipment during pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders, and baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment, including bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• As assigned, service aircraft, clean lavatories and cabins, restock supplies, and perform other cabin-service tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies and complete work in accordance with company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the capabilities expected for the position.
