About The Position

Unifi is seeking Airport Ramp Agents to support airline ground services at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The role involves marshalling aircraft, handling baggage and other cargo, and operating ramp equipment. Agents may also perform cabin-service tasks, including cleaning and restocking aircraft. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required. The position requires working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, and working outdoors in potentially severe seasonal weather.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs authorities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to frequently lift more than 70 pounds and constantly lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must be able to constantly push and pull up to 70 pounds.
• Must be able to constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.
• Must be able and willing to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Must be able and willing to work outdoors in weather conditions that may include severe seasonal elements.

Responsibilities

• Marshall arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing-walker duties to protect aircraft wings from equipment during pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders, or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment, including bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water-servicing vehicles, and lavatory-servicing vehicles.
• Perform assigned cabin-service duties, which may include servicing aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabins, and restocking supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, policies, and operational standards and complete work safely and securely.
• Report safety and security incidents and potential hazards promptly in accordance with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the skills, experience, and capabilities expected for the position.
