About The Position
The Springfield-Branson National Airport is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Airport Customer Service Representative within the General Aviation division. We operate out of our state of the art aviation facility committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless travel experience for our clientele. Our team is the face of our General Aviation, and we’re seeking a professional, friendly, and highly detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join us. Requirements
- At least one year of experience in customer service and general office work with a background in dealing with the public both through in-person and telephone contact; OR One year of customer service and experience in high volume cash handling environment such as a bank teller.
- Experience in handling money and making basic financial calculations.
- Proof of United States Citizenship/Authorization to Work in the United States as established by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 is a condition of employment.
- Must complete the City of Springfield on-line application in its entirety.
- Candidate profile must include all employment history with accurate and complete information prior to submission.
