Airport Cabin Agent (Delta) - CLE
About The Position
Unifi is hiring an Airport Cabin Agent to clean aircraft interiors and lavatories, restock cabin supplies, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to support on-time aircraft departures. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. The position requires safe and secure work in accordance with company safety and operational standards, and includes reporting safety or security incidents and potential hazards. The role is based in Cleveland, Ohio, and works rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. The agent must also be able to work outdoors in weather conditions that may include severe seasonal elements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs requirements.
- Must be able to constantly lift, move, push, and pull up to 70 pounds.
- Must be able to constantly walk, stand, reach above the shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.
- Must be able and willing to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Must be able and willing to work outdoors in conditions that may include severe seasonal weather.
Responsibilities
- Carry cleaning equipment and supplies to service aircraft.
- Clean seats, floors, tray tables, and galleys, and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.
- Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles.
- Restock magazines, food, beverages, liquor, and other supplies aboard aircraft.
- Perform aircraft security inspections.
- Load supplies onto the cabin service truck and return the truck to its designated area.
- Keep the cabin services supply room organized and ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Follow all safety procedures and policies and complete work safely and securely according to company standards.
- Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned within the skill and experience capabilities expected for the position.
