The Ramp Operations Agent is responsible for the handling of customer luggage, including loading and unloading baggage on and off the aircraft, marshaling in and pushing back the aircraft, operation of ground service equipment (GSE), meeting arriving flights and servicing departing flights, assisting customers with special needs, assisting customer service agents, as needed, and any other assigned duties. This role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying based on flight schedules. The number of weekly hours may increase or decrease due to seasonal flight changes.
