This position is responsible for providing total customer service to all people desiring to use customer or charter service by being attentive to their needs, politely handling their inquiries promptly, and completing the required transactions. Additional responsibilities include ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations and commissary duties as required. The ideal candidate must be people-oriented, highly motivated with a positive and friendly attitude. This role involves processing customer tickets, checking baggage, monitoring carry-on baggage, assigning seats, and providing information on flight details. It also includes handling denied boarding situations, ensuring compliance with FAA and airline regulations, assisting customers with special needs, and performing ramp duties such as loading/unloading baggage, marshaling planes, and pushing back aircraft. The role requires working in extreme outdoor conditions and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs continuously. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work efficiently under time constraints, and availability for varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are essential. Candidates must be 18 years or older, pass a 10-year background check and drug test, and have authorization to work in the U.S.
