Airframe Technical Rotation Program- July 2027
About The Position
PCC Airframe Segment is looking for future college graduates to join their Technical Rotation Program. This two-year program develops the knowledge and skills to become the future engineering leaders for our various facilities within the organization. The TRP program is a two year program. Each engineering rotation will be one year in length. First Year Assignment Location Opportunities: Northeast, Pacific NW, OK, and Southern California. Must be willing to relocate for 2nd year assignment. This development program is intended to prepare TRP graduates for a full-time Engineering position at one of the Airframe facilities. Upon graduation, successful candidates will be placed into a full-time role within the Airframe Segment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Clubs, organizations, or activity involvement
- Must be a US Person
- Must be open to relocation
- Excellent communication and team building skills

- Prior Internship or Co-Op in a manufacturing environment
