About The Position

The Aircraft Mechanic Helper is responsible to the assigned Lead, Senior Mechanic or Mechanic in the performance of their duties. Essential Responsibilities : Performs ground support tasks including fuel and oxygen servicing, aircraft towing, launch and recovery and operation of AGE on the Flight Line. Assists pilots as necessary during launch and recovery. Must be able to read, comprehend and become proficient on technical data, forms and required documentation. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
Must be able to obtain and maintain site access. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain this.
Must possess a valid Driver's License (Real ID required within 30 days of employment)
Must be able to demonstrate minimal mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
Must be able to meet physical requirements as noted in Appendix E-Physical Requirements for CBA positions.
