About The Position
Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated, reliable Aircraft Maintenance Parts Clerk to join its Maintenance Department. The position performs storeroom duties, including stocking and inventorying parts and supplies and monitoring shelf life. It reports to the Aircraft Maintenance Parts Supervisor. Duties and expectations may change as needed, and the stated duties are not a complete list of all work required.
Requirements
- Storeroom, inventory, or warehouse experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
- Pass a 10-year Criminal History Records Check and drug screen as required.
- Proof of high school or GED completion.
- Minimum age of 18.
Nice To Haves
- Training in HAZMAT shipping and handling.
Responsibilities
- Stock and inventory parts and supplies and monitor shelf life.
- Issue parts and supplies.
- Ensure proper packaging and handling during shipping and receiving.
- Handle electrostatic-sensitive device (ESD) parts.
- Occasionally travel by road between maintenance bases.
