About The Position

Segula Technologies is seeking an experienced Aircraft Inspector Assembly to join their team in Wichita, Kansas. This role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of aircraft assemblies through meticulous inspection processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace airframe assembly inspection and a thorough understanding of quality management systems and production processes. This position requires relocation to Wichita, Kansas, and is subject to ITAR regulations, necessitating U.S. citizenship.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace airframe assembly inspection. Experience in other industries will not be considered.
Must be a U.S. citizen (due to ITAR regulations).
Prompt and on time daily.
Ability to obtain all required training certifications and maintain certifications while on assignment.
Must be available to work any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift operations).
Available for periods of heavy overtime.
5 years’ experience in aerospace airframe assembly inspection.
Blueprint reading experience.
MS Office and SAP experience.
Experience writing NCRs (Tags).

Responsibilities

Use and interpret drawings, inspection manuals and specifications, shop mathematics precision measuring instruments, specialized inspection machines, tools and equipment necessary to accomplish work assignments
Experience working with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures
Working knowledge of Company Policies, Procedures and Specifications
Overall working knowledge of production processes
Good communication skills written and verbal
Good computing skills
Maintain certifications as required
Follow Inspection (shop) procedures to accept or reject processes/parts/assemblies
Verify that tools are qualified
Prepare and maintain Quality records
Work across equivalent or lower-level Inspector job codes as required
