About The Position

Two Maids of Malvern and Lower Merion is hiring a part-time cleaner experienced with Airbnb turnovers and hotel housekeeping. Full-time hours are also available for employees who want them. This is an hourly employee position with paid training, not a contractor position. The company is locally owned, and employees work directly with the owners. The role focuses on preparing short-term rental properties between guest checkout and the next check-in, ensuring each property is spotless, restocked, staged, and ready for guests. Duties also include cleaning guest rooms and common areas for hotel and inn jobs. Employees may pick up residential house-cleaning shifts in Malvern, Paoli, Wayne, Bryn Mawr, Ardmore, and nearby towns to work additional hours. Requirements

Experience cleaning short-term rentals, vacation rentals, hotel rooms, or guest suites.
Knowledge of Airbnb turnovers and hotel housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Turn over Airbnb, VRBO, and other short-term rental properties between guest checkout and the next check-in.
Strip beds, run laundry, and remake beds with fresh linens to a hotel standard.
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, including sanitizing counters and fixtures, cleaning inside microwaves and refrigerators, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Restock guest supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, and coffee, and report supplies running low.
Stage properties for the next guest by folding towels, setting pillows, and adjusting blinds and lights as requested by the host.
Photograph finished properties and report damage, missing items, maintenance issues, and items left behind by guests.
Clean guest rooms and common areas on hotel and inn jobs.
Pick up residential house-cleaning shifts in nearby towns when seeking additional hours.
