About The Position
SAIC is seeking experienced, former FAA Tower Air Traffic Controllers to join their team. The role involves providing ATC, TSEW, TETRA, and RTF training and instructional services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the FAA Regional Training Site in Denver, CO. This position is particularly beneficial for FERS retirees aged 56-62, as earnings from this role are exempt from Supplemental Annuity earnings limits. SAIC is a leading provider of technical, engineering, and enterprise IT services to the U.S. government, focusing on mission integration and advancing technology for national imperatives. The FAA relies on well-trained Air Traffic Control specialists to ensure public safety and professionalism, managing over 50,000 aircraft daily in the National Airspace System. The contractor-provided services are crucial for training new and recurrently training current air traffic control specialists to meet FAA standards.
Requirements
