Requirements
- Previous HVAC, duct cleaning, or mechanical experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person.
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential and light commercial air duct systems to improve indoor air quality and HVAC performance.
- Operate professional duct cleaning equipment, including high-powered vacuums, rotary brushes, and air whips.
- Inspect ductwork for dust, debris, mold, and airflow concerns.
- Seal and restore duct access points after each service.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of clean ductwork and indoor air quality solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all company safety standards and best practices.
- Complete service documentation accurately using company systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Jackson & Sons brand with professionalism and integrity.
