About The Position

The Aide-Transportation transports patients to and from appointments within the hospital. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with every other weekend and every other holiday. The position is scheduled for 32 hours per week. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with all age levels served within the scope of the position and assigned areas. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or others, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hospital experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and work independently to fulfill work assignments.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position and assigned areas.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without reasonable accommodation.
