This role will require travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. Across our global Neuroscience organization, we advance care for some of medicine’s most complex neurological and spinal conditions. By combining innovative technology, data-driven insights, and deep clinical expertise, we partner with physicians and health systems to improve how patients are treated and supported throughout their care journey. Our Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) operating unit advances surgical care for spine and cranial conditions through an integrated ecosystem of implants, navigation, robotics, imaging, and planning tools. Platforms like AiBLE enhance precision, efficiency, and outcomes for complex procedures worldwide. This role as the Aible Clinic Program Manager will join the Aible Clinic leadership team and report directly the the Sr Director of the Aible Clinic. As a key member of the Aible Clinic team, you will lead and manage Aible Clinic project needs, including but not limited to new service offerings, efficiency savings across multiple teams, as well as support program management aspects of our training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • U.S. work authorization sponsorship (H-1B, TN, J, etc.) is offered exclusively for Principal-level roles and above, where specialized expertise aligns with long-term business needs. Roles below the Principal level require candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Aible Clinic project needs, including, but not limited to the following: New service offerings for Aible Clinic, including 3rd party pilots, Stealth Axis 3D planning Efficiency savings across multiple teams Training – specifically program management aspects; specific training content and delivery will still be owned by Caylie Connors and associated SMEs
  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing and new projects; act as liaison between Aible Clinic leadership team and project team to execute projects
  • Manage the development and implementation process of products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams.
  • Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
  • Monitor projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention/problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
  • Gather and manage requirements to ensure they meet demands of key stakeholders.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and secure engagement so end products/processes solve business problems.
