About The Position

This role requires hands-on experience with AI to improve workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and solve operational problems. Initial focus areas include estimating and project management workflows, with future expansion into operations, finance, AR/AP, and business systems. Requirements

• Hands-on experience using AI to improve workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and solve real operational problems.
• Experience with AI workflow automation.
• Experience with ERP/business systems (NetSuite experience preferred).
• Experience with APIs and software integrations (connecting systems and automating data flow between platforms).
• Experience with operational process improvement.
• Experience building scalable workflow solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
