Hybrid

About The Position

Tribe AI is an AI-native services company that helps enterprises build best-in-class AI products. This role is on the Agentic Tooling team, where you will embed with enterprise clients to run workflow discovery with ops teams and business leadership. You will deliver enablement programs across the agentic tool suite (Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Enterprise, and partner ecosystem) to transform how people work. Additionally, you will contribute to building a repeatable and scalable service offering by turning field patterns into reusable frameworks for the team.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience at the intersection of operations, workflow design, technology adoption, or enterprise change.
  • Experience as a Chief of Staff or Ops lead at an AI-native company, PM or project manager at an AI-forward company, service designer (in-house or consultancy like IDEO, Fjord), or management consultant with a transformation or ops focus.
  • Proven experience redesigning a workflow or process, with the ability to detail changes, rationale, and outcomes.
  • Daily practitioner of the full agentic tool suite (Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Enterprise, and beyond), actively using them in multiple contexts.
  • Strong discovery instincts, skilled at asking questions to uncover actual work processes.
  • Natural teacher: patient with non-technical stakeholders, strong written communication, able to translate between tools and people.
  • Self-directed and energized by building from scratch.
  • Comfortable making judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
  • Proactive in flagging problems before they escalate.
  • Aims to leave things better than they found them.

Responsibilities

  • Run workflow discovery with ops teams and business leadership to understand actual work processes.
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions on the agentic tool suite to change how teams work.
  • Identify and clearly communicate the leverage created by agentic tools to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Own client engagements end-to-end, from discovery through adoption, as the primary Tribe contact.
  • Build a repeatable discovery and enablement framework for team-wide use.
  • Document successes, failures, and reasons to create institutional knowledge.
  • Contribute to the service offering definition.
  • Stay current with the agentic tool landscape as a practitioner.
  • Represent Tribe's point of view externally through writing and client conversations.
