About The Position

Corpay is hiring an AI Visibility Program Manager to own and improve AI visibility for an assigned Corpay business. The role focuses on increasing how often Corpay is discovered, cited, mentioned, reviewed, and recommended across AI platforms and the third-party sources that influence them. The position is based in Corpay’s Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia office and is onsite five days a week.

The Program Manager partners directly with the business Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing and collaborates with Marketing, Product, Sales, Brand, Media, PR, Digital, Analytics, and external partners. The role develops and executes an AI visibility strategy, analyzes performance and opportunities, and coordinates content, media, customer-review, and distribution initiatives. It serves as the central owner of the AI visibility agenda for the assigned business and works closely with the General Manager and business leadership team.

Requirements

• Meaningful hands-on experience using generative AI, LLMs, AI search, AIO/GEO, or related technologies in a marketing, research, editorial, consulting, digital, or business environment.
• Strong understanding of how AI platforms discover, retrieve, cite, and recommend information, with practical experience using platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate prompt, citation, competitive, content, or digital-performance data into clear priorities and actions.
• Excellent writing, editing, interviewing, and research skills, including ability to make complex subjects clear and compelling.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a strategy for an ambiguous problem and independently drive it through execution to a measurable result.
• Commercial mindset, persistence, and confidence working with General Managers, executives, customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong program-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and external partners.
• Experience in journalism, consulting, product marketing, content strategy, digital strategy, research, communications, or growth marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI visibility strategy and operating plan for an assigned Corpay business.
• Track Corpay and competitor performance across leading AI platforms, including mentions, recommendations, citations, share of voice, and priority buyer prompts.
• Diagnose visibility gaps, prioritize actions, and maintain a roadmap across content, reviews, placements, and technical opportunities.
• Review results and priorities with the business General Manager and senior Marketing leadership, testing and adapting as AI discovery evolves.
• Develop a content agenda based on buyer questions asked on AI platforms and competitive gaps identified through analysis.
• Partner with agency reporters to interview executives, product experts, customers, and subject matter experts; identify insights from Corpay data and market research; and manage articles, research, buyer guides, and thought leadership.
• Write or edit content as needed to ensure it is differentiated, credible, useful, and likely to earn citations, mentions, and third-party pickup.
• Partner with the Media team to pursue third-party opportunities using compelling stories, proprietary data, executives, and expert perspectives.
• Work with Media, PR, paid media, affiliate, analyst relations, and other partners to determine distribution approaches and accelerate priority placements.
• Own the strategy for increasing the quantity, quality, freshness, and visibility of customer reviews.
• Improve Corpay’s presence and positioning across relevant review, comparison, and recommendation platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and business leadership to build a sustainable pipeline of customer advocates and use review insights to strengthen messaging and competitive positioning.
• Serve as the central owner of the AI visibility agenda for the assigned business and build a strong working relationship with the General Manager and business leadership team.
• Coordinate cross-functional work, establish owners and timelines, remove blockers, and keep initiatives moving from analysis through execution.
• Operate with a bias toward action, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
