About The Position

The AI Transformation Engineer for Finance partners with Enterprise Accounting, Finance Technology, Analytics, and business stakeholders to design, pilot, and scale AI-enabled solutions that modernize controllership workflows. The role identifies opportunities to combine artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and workflow redesign to reduce manual effort, accelerate cycle times, strengthen controls, and improve the finance user experience. Across accounting, reporting, tax, audit, and internal controls, the engineer translates business needs into requirements, solution designs, use cases, testing criteria, and adoption plans. The role manages the lifecycle of AI models and solutions from development through deployment, supports prototypes and pilots using approved enterprise tools, and evaluates outputs for accuracy, usability, completeness, and control alignment. It embeds responsible AI, risk, compliance, information security, privacy, auditability, and internal control expectations into design and delivery. The engineer also measures business value, maintains process and solution documentation, and supports change management, training, adoption, and post-launch support. AI-enabled workflows must support finance judgment and preserve required accounting review and approval.
