About The Position
Design, develop, and deliver training and organizational change management products/activities to support integration of artificial intelligence-enabled software solutions for a multi-year document digitization and related software development project.
Requirements
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience independently drafting client-facing strategic communications and/or change management materials
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience developing and delivering IT systems training
Nice To Haves
- PROSCI or equivalent communications and change management certification
- Excellent written and verbal client communication skills and the ability to quickly develop client relationships to support the overall goal of a smooth introduction of AI-enabled softare system features
- Advanced MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Teams (or equivalent webinar platform) skill
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training and organizational change management products/activities to support integration of artificial intelligence-enabled software solutions for a multi-year document digitization and related software development project.
- Independently own the training and change management workstream, to include development of project schedule/milestones/deliverables, and meet all project deadlines.
